Attendance: I understand that regular attendance is crucial for my progress in dance. If I am unable to attend a class, it is my responsibility to inform the studio in advance. I acknowledge that Studio is not responsible for missed classes due to my absence.
Payment: I agree to pay the monthly fee for the dance classes promptly at the beginning of each month. I understand that failure to pay the fees on time will result in a fine of Rs. 10 per day until the outstanding amount is settled.
Non-Refundable: I acknowledge that the fees once paid are non-refundable, regardless of my attendance or participation in the classes.
Conduct: I agree to conduct myself in a respectful and appropriate manner during classes and events at Studio. Any disruptive behavior or misconduct may result in suspension or termination of my enrollment without refund.
Liability: I understand that participating in dance classes involves certain risks, and I agree to waive any liability against Studio, its instructors, or staff for any injuries or accidents that may occur during classes or events.
Updates: I agree to provide accurate and up-to-date contact information to Studio for communication purposes. It is my responsibility to inform the studio of any changes to my contact details.
